    • In addition to being a literary agent, Dana is also an attorney with a background in contracts, copyrights, trademarks, and licensing. She frequently works with authors and publishers on drafting and negotiating publishing agreements and literary agency agreements, as well as legal reviews of manuscripts.
    • Dana holds a B.A. in Comparative Literature from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco.
